Kaviya Thalaivan is an upcoming movie of director Vasantha Balan with Siddarth, Prithvi Raj and Vedhika playing the lead roles. It is rumoured that the movie is based on the Christopher Nolan's epic "The Prestige". The prestige is a story about the rivalry between two magicians Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman.
Both the magicians are trained by the same master and they know almost all their tricks. Hugh's Wife dies in an accident during a stage show and he thinks that Bale is responsible for her death. So they split and begin to run separate magic shows. As they know about others magics they begin to reveal their tricks in front of audience and spoil their shows. The climax is absolutely unthinkable.
Our Sources says that Kaviya thalaivan is based on The prestige and the difference here is they are drama artists and not magicians.
